Service Graphics handles vehicle graphics for the City of Dallas's multi-department fleet program: the SHOPS division, EMTs and paramedics, the chaplain vehicle, and City PD, on a recurring schedule with a consistent material spec across departments. Dallas Fire Department runs a multi-year program with us as well, covering Stars of Life, duty-truck updates, station signage, helmet and facemask name decals, and ambulance graphics. Dallas PD's patrol-unit graphics went through multi-round proofing with the City before the design locked in, and Mid-Columbia Bus's Dallas shop has sent 18 jobs through our bay. Every public-safety vehicle in the program gets ANSI-spec reflective.

Dallas is about twenty minutes from the shop, and most Dallas vehicles get picked up at our bay or delivered after install. Because the City's program runs through one shop every time, the material spec stays identical across departments: a new SHOPS truck reads like last year's paramedic unit.

Consistency is the whole job in public-safety graphics. Dallas Fire's fleet stays visually uniform across replacements because each new unit gets the same treatment as the one it replaced, and Dallas PD's redesign went through several proofing rounds precisely so every unit would match once it hit the street.
